Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

The appearance of the prints used may at times vary slightly from the photographed image. This is due to the natural layout and design of the fabric. It is our policy wherever possible to implement a 'non wastage' ethos, whereby the majority of fabrics and materials bought are completely used up and not discarded. This is not only a design aesthetic, as each product is totally unique, but is also a sustainable measure to reduce wastage of resources.

Please kindly note that products purchased under 'back-order' can take up to 7 working days from the date of order to be dispatched. Where the length of time is anticipated to exceed 7 working days, you will be notified and fully refunded should you wish to cancel your order.

At times, the colours in the pictures are not available from inventory. In the event of a product being out of stock we will contact you to inform you and offer you a full refund or exchange. If for any reason we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment and you will not be requested to send or submit to us payment or banking details.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging. Items must not have been already used and should be in a resalable condition. Any items returned in poor condition or have been used, will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. The customer will bear the cost of returning the item/s.





Any complaint or compliment can be sent to our Customer Service Centre. We will endeavor to deal with you complaint within three working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.

Ohema Ohene provides sustainable employment to the local economy in Accra, to produce our products to the highest standards. Our workforce are trained in house learning invaluable international technical skills in garment production. 

From a very early age Abenaa knew she wanted to create a brand that would not only produce exceptional products but would have people at the heart of the business. Born in the UK to Ghanaian parents Abenaa always had a strong desire to create a business that would celebrate her Ghanaian heritage whilst making a difference to the world.
