WANT TO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

You can return, exchange or cancel your order within the returns period.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

All custom made or modified orders to customer specifications are non refundable. 

UK BASED CUSTOMERS RETURNS PERIOD

We will refund within 14 days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All products must be returned unused in their original condition with all original tags. Free from fragrance cosmetics and other marks. All items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please include a copy of your order details with the returned package. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 14 day period. Any item/s received after the 14 day period will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

When returning your unwanted please email sales@ohemaohene.com stating you wish to return your item, please include your order number or simply reply back to the order confirmation email you would have received. You must then ensure that your unwanted item is returned back to us within the returns period in a resalable condition. All returned items must not have been used. Any item returned to us which has been used shall not be refunded and shall be returned back to you at your cost. 

Please kindly note that orders which were sent as free delivery if returned, will incur the original delivery fee. Delivery fees can be found on our FAQ's/ HELP page. Delivery fees will be deducted from the amount refundable.

Please note that we do not cover the costs of returns, any costs incurred through the return of unwanted orders must be covered by the customer. We suggest that you use a reputable and traceable delivery service. Should you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note that a re-delivery fee will be applicable.

Ohema Ohene provides sustainable employment to the local economy in Accra, to produce our products to the highest standards. Our workforce are trained in house learning invaluable international technical skills in garment production. 

From a very early age Abenaa knew she wanted to create a brand that would not only produce exceptional products but would have people at the heart of the business. Born in the UK to Ghanaian parents Abenaa always had a strong desire to create a business that would celebrate her Ghanaian heritage whilst making a difference to the world.
