Delivery fees will be automatically calculated once you have stipulated the delivery address. You are able to review your order before full payment is taken.
DUTIES & TAXES
We ship your orders via DHL express, DPD and FEDEX.
For customers not based in the UK Duties and local taxes may be applicable and are charged by the recieving country. We cannot predict what these charges will be so we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering.
You'll be contacted by SMS or email by the courier company once your order arrives in your country. They will notify you regarding any import clearance charges which may be applicable before they deliver your order to you.
Once you're notified of any charges due on your parcel you'll need to make the payment. You'll receive an email with a secure link to pay via credit card.
As soon as payment has been received by the carrier, your parcel will be released and shipped to the delivery address you selected at the checkout.
If payment has not been received, the carrier will automatically return the parcel to OHEMA OHENE we'll issue a refund less shipping for your items once it arrives back at our warehouse. We're not able to reship a parcel that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.
Please kindly note that orders which were sent as free delivery if returned, will incur the original delivery fee. Delivery fees will be deducted from the amount refundable.
REFUSAL OF PARCELS
If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order before any refund.

UK/EU/USA Order by Friday 16th December for delivery by Friday 23rd December
R.O.T.W Order by Wednesday 15th December for delivery by Friday 23rd December
NEW YEAR 2023 DELIVERY:
Please note that orders placed between 31st December 2023 and January 2nd 2024 shall be processed from January 4th 2023.

All customers are sent a Tracking number once their order has been dispatched, please ensure that the parcel can be received and signed for. Orders are delivered Monday-Saturday 08.00-19:00, we suggest where you are at work during these delivery times that you may wish to use your place of work as the delivery address.
In this instance please give your work address as the delivery address, ensuring that you have given your full name and work building name or company name. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that in the event of a failed delivery by the delivery service provider, that a suitable re-delivery time is arranged.
If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm the location of the package before any refund can be applied.
