FAQ's

Where are you based?

We are a British brand based in the UK, with our production facility based in Ghana. We produce our clothing collections in house via our Accra Ghana production unit.

How are you sustainable?

We are conscious of the vast waste the Fashion industry is notoriously known for and as such we have taken great measures to mitigate against excessive waste. We use our 8+ years experience to determine bestsellers and correctly manage stock. We have a quick turnaround of 24-48 hours which allows us to produce our clothing once a customer has placed the order.  This avoids excess surplus leftover stock season after season!

What are your delivery times?

We ship the majority of our orders from Ghana using DHL Express and UPS, delivery to USA, CA, UK & EU is between 3-6 working days. ASIA, West Africa, AUS & UAE  between 4-7 days. For all other locations please allow 5-10 working days. Please see our delivery page for more detailed info

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

I don’t see my size can I place a special order?

In most cases yes with the exception of our shoes and sneakers

Are your products true to size?

Yes please see our size charts for body measurements to assist you.

Do you custom make?

You can order any of our clothing and accessory lines (not footwear) in alternative prints by selecting from our available prints. You can also make requests to amend an existing design, longer length, shorter length, specific measurements  and so on. Our fees for this service range from £25-£75 dependant on the complexity of the request. Please contact us on sales@ohemaohene.com to discuss options.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Yes! On all none custom made orders we offer full refunds where the item/s have been returned unworn and in a salable condition.  Items not eligible for return include underwear, ladies bodysuits and jewelry.

Can I send you my own fabric for a custom made order?

Unfortunately not we only use our own fabrics and materials
