Please note that delivery times during the current global pandemic may incur some delays. At times delivery can take an additional 2 working days. This is due to the demand on the current logistics network with our providers DHL & UPS.

DELIVERY FEES & CHARGES

Delivery fees will be automatically calculated once you have stipulated the delivery address. You are able to review your order before full payment is taken.

Most orders are delivered via DHL express and dispatched from our production facility in Ghana, where dispatched from the UK orders are delivered by HERMES, DPD & UPS. Delivery times are as follows:

EAST ASIA & ASIA PACIFIC 4-6 WORKING DAYS
ROTW 4-8 WORKING DAYS

• Deliveries are typically made Monday-Saturday
• Please note that orders placed after 12:00 midday will be processed on the next working day

R.O.T.W Order by Wednesday 16th December for delivery by Thursday 24th December

NEW YEAR 2021 DELIVERY:

Please note that orders placed between 31st December 2020 and January 3rd 2021, shall be processed from Monday January 4th 2021.

REFUSAL OF PARCELS

If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.

TRACKING ORDERS ONLINE:

All customers are sent a Tracking number once their order has been dispatched, please ensure that the parcel can be received and signed for. Orders are delivered Monday-Saturday 08.00-19:00, we suggest where you are at work during these delivery times that you may wish to use your place of work as the delivery address.

In this instance please give your work address as the delivery address, ensuring that you have given your full name and work building name or company name. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that in the event of a failed delivery by the delivery service provider, that a suitable re-delivery time is arranged.

LOST PARCELS

If you have not Received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we will reimburse you.

WANT TO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

You can return, exchange or cancel your order within the returns period.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

All custom made or modified orders to customer specifications are non refundable.

UK BASED CUSTOMERS RETURNS PERIOD

We will refund within 14 days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All items must be returned within 7 days from receipt of the goods. Please include a copy of your order details with the returned package. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 7 day period. Any item/s received after the 7 day period will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS RETURNS PERIOD

When returning your unwanted please email sales@ohemaohene.com stating you wish to return your item, please include your order number or simply reply back to the order confirmation email you would have received. You must then ensure that your unwanted item is returned back to us within the returns period in a resalable condition. All returned items must not have been used. Any item returned to us which has been used shall not be refunded and shall be returned back to you at your cost.
