REFUSAL OF PARCELS
If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.

All customers are sent a Tracking number once their order has been dispatched, please ensure that the parcel can be received and signed for. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday 08.00-17:00, it is therefore suggested that you may wish to receive your order at your work address.
In this instance please give your work address as the delivery address, ensuring that you have given your full name and work building name or company name. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that in the event of a failed delivery by the delivery service provider, that a suitable re-delivery time is arranged.
LOST PARCELS
If you have not Received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we will reimburse you.
WANT TO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
You can return, exchange or cancel your order within the returns period.
UK BASED CUSTOMERS RETURNS PERIOD
We will refund within 14 days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All items must be returned within 7 days from receipt of the goods. Please include a copy of your order details with the returned package. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 7 day period. Any item/s received after the 7 day period will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

When returning your unwanted please email sales@ohemaohene.com stating you wish to return your item, please include your order number or simply reply back to the order confirmation email you would have received. You must then ensure that your unwanted item is returned back to us within the returns period in a resalable condition. All returned items must not have been used. Any item returned to us which has been used shall not be refunded and shall be returned back to you at your cost.
